Tom Doyle CEO

Mr. Doyle has been a practicing attorney, sports team owner, businessman, and entrepreneur for over 16 years in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. During that time, he has grown his firm into one of the premier litigation practices in the area and was recognized as a top attorney and businessman in Who’s Who in Business and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

As CEO of D&A Sports and Entertainment Group, he has spearheaded the development of a multi-million dollar arena in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. In 2004, Mr. Doyle became the owner of the Maryland Nighthawks, one of the teams in the League, and has grown and established the Nighthawks as a premier minor league basketball organization. Mr. Doyle has created a model for optimization of the operation of a minor league basketball franchise, which is used by the Premier Basketball League. Mr. Doyle has also consulted and worked with many start-up businesses, sought after for not only his legal expertise, but also his very creative approach to business.

Mr. Doyle, among his many accomplishments, has participated in many major sports and entertainment deals. As part of his sports and entertainment practice, Mr. Doyle has represented and negotiated deals for many internationally know professional boxers, basketball players, recording artists and promoters. Additionally, as the principal in Streetballers International, Mr. Doyle negotiated and completed the first trading card deal with TOPPS Cards for ten international street ball players.

Mr. Doyle is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. His professional affiliations include memberships in the American Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association, as well as inclusion in the esteemed “Who’s Who in American Law.” Mr. Doyle has been an adjunct professor of legal studies at Montgomery College and is a frequent lecturer in the community and has also authored several articles.

Mr. Doyle is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and the George Mason School of Law with a Juris Doctor.

Andy is a recent graduate of Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC. He joined the team in May 2012 as the new general manager and will be involved in planning GreenHawks events, recruiting sponsorships, and performing other day-to-day tasks for the overall success of the business.
